GRANDMASTER WONG came from China in the early 1900's
and began teaching in Chinatown,Los Angeles eventually becoming
the first to teach Non-Chinese students, long before Bruce Lee was even in the United States.

GRANDMASTER ARK YUEY WONG
Born in Southern China Ark Y Wong studied Five famous Family style at one Shaolin Temple and Five Animal Styles at another. He was the first to unite the two styles yet teach each as a complete system.

Five Famous Family Style - NG GA KUEN
Five Family style is based on 5 famous family systems CHOI,LEE,LAU,MOK,HUNG and FUT (meaning BUDDA) a reference to the Buddhist monks that assisted the families in creation of the Family styles.
Before learning Animal styles all Southern students MUST learn 5 Family styles.

Five Animal Styles- NG YING GA
Known as 5 Animal styles includes SNAKE, TIGER,DRAGON,CRANE and LEOPARD. there are many more taught after the five but the five are the core of the style. Included with each animal is it's own Qigong and characteristics of fighting style.
